I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because ChessZCam relies on specific hardware (your phone camera and PC), I offer a fair, straightforward 14-day refund policy.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

• The product cannot run on your supported setup (Android device + Windows PC) after following the official setup guide.
• The live overlay or move detection consistently fails to work, and you can provide a brief screenshot or short video showing the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

To protect the sustainability of this solo project, refunds will not be granted if:

• The software has already been used successfully for a commercial event or public live stream.
• The request is simply a "change of mind" made after the 14-day window has passed.
• The issue is caused by external factors beyond the app's control, such as strict venue firewalls blocking local LAN connections, or hardware that does not meet the minimum specifications.

I will try to help you fix it first. If we can't get it working, I will process your refund within 3-7 business days (depending on the payment processor).
