Product Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

No checkout yet, so no refund maze either.

SwissMax and ChessZCam are still pre-launch. This page explains how we plan to handle purchase problems once sales begin.

SwissMax: trial and refund are different

The planned 14-day SwissMax trial is an evaluation period before purchase. It is not itself a refund window and no payment is taken merely for starting the trial. If the trial ends without a purchase, access to trial-only use expires automatically.

SwissMax refund eligibility after sales open

A refund request should be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. A full refund will normally be approved for:

Situations normally outside the policy

These limits do not remove any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Motivace Studio may also approve a reasonable good-faith request based on its circumstances.

ChessZCam

When ChessZCam sales open, its product-specific eligibility will reflect the supported Android camera, Windows PC, lighting and venue-network requirements published before checkout. It will use the same contact and evidence process described below.

How to request a refund

  1. Use the Contact form and select Refund / order issue.
  2. Include the order ID, product name, app version and a short description. A screenshot or short recording may be requested only when it helps reproduce a technical issue.
  3. We will acknowledge the request and may first offer a practical fix. Approved refunds will be submitted to the payment processor promptly; the final time to appear is controlled by the processor and the customer's financial institution.

Target support response: 24–48 hours on normal working days. We do not require customers to waive statutory rights in exchange for technical support.
