What is ready, what is being tested, and what comes next.

zonChess currently has two products at different stages. ChessZCam is going through real-event validation. SwissMax is in controlled private-pilot testing with a growing feature set ahead of public launch.

SwissMax

Private pilot — core workflow is in daily use, launch prep underway.

  • Working Registration, pairing graphics, LAN scoring and Winner Studio — the full operational flow around Swiss-Manager, in daily use by pilot organizers.
  • New Estimated Ratings and combined FIDE/MCF Player Lookup — preview a player's likely rating change before results go official. See the changelog.
  • In progress Real-tournament validation — more live events, with real organizers and real halls.
  • Not yet Public checkout — pricing and licensing terms will be published only when the product is ready to order.
  • Honest note Windows will show "Unknown publisher" on install — a trusted-publisher certificate costs real money we'd rather put into chess tools than paperwork. See the FAQ for why.

  • Result Two monitored games reached endgame and checkmate — the workflow was generally stable.

  • Next More venue testing — Stockfish analysis, camera position, brightness, contrast and focus still need validation.
  • Not yet General public release — launch follows sufficient stability across supported setups.
